On Sunday, Blount Fine Foods took the stage as a leader in the clean label movement. Bob Sewall, Executive VP of Sales & Management at Blount, presented strategies for creating clean and simple menu items with robust flavors that customers will crave. Panelists Steve Blount Jr. , Kirsten Woodward, and Ian Loften of Blount Fine Foods joined the conversation to help discuss how healthier and more wholesome features on your menu you will have customers constantly coming back for more.
